Join Gioconda for this four week progressive series to help kick start your yoga and meditation practice. Each week will build on the week prior, helping you to re-establish your vinyasa yoga practice and meditation practice. Remember your connection to breath both on and off the yoga mat, build strength and resilience in your body and your mind, center in health and well being as you begin a new year in your long and beautiful life.
