Join Gioconda for a two-hour vinyasa practice. The class includes a full spectrum practice, including breathwork, meditation, crafted sequences to work towards a peak pose or peak flow, and counterposes leading to deep rest. Each class will vary in theme, peak, and cool down. Come for one, or all.
