23 Jun Fall Day Retreat at Blackwoods Farm w/Gioconda & Sarah
Join me and Sarah Montross for a special fall event, a day retreat at the beautiful Blackwood Farm in Hempstead, Texas.
In the morning, we will have an alignment practice with Sarah followed by a farm lunch and optional tour of the property. After lunch we’ll explore the world of yoga philosophy and how to apply it to our daily lives. We’ll round out the day with a flow and yoga nidra practice with me.
