Join us on Sunday, January 21st, with Gioconda Parker for Sunday Soul Service. This specialty class will start with an energy cleanse at the door and close with a yoga nidra and savasana.
You will move your body through an unheated (you’ll likely still get sweaty), powerful Vinyasa class. This soulful class includes musical guest DJ Chris Wolfe. Chris Wolfe is an underground DJ who has played at major New York City and Los Angeles venues.
Sunday Soul Service is all about returning to yourself and, from there, being an open vessel for love, peace, and interconnectedness.
