A deeply restorative practice designed to nourish the nervous system, open the body’s connective tissues, and invite profound stillness. Yin Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with postures held for longer periods of time and supported by gravity, breath, and props rather than muscular effort.

This non-heated class works primarily on the joints, fascia, and energetic pathways of the body, offering a powerful complement to more active practices like Vinyasa, Power, Pilates, and Sculpt. Rooted in principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin supports balance in the meridians, encourages healthy circulation of energy, and helps regulate the stress response.

Expect long, spacious holds, mindful breath awareness, and generous use of props to support each shape. The practice invites you to soften, surrender, and listen—creating space not just in the body, but in the mind and inner landscape as well.
