A deeply restorative practice designed to nourish the nervous system, stimulate the body’s connective tissues, and invite profound stillness. Yin Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with postures held for longer periods of time and supported by gravity, breath and props rather than muscular effort. Expect long, spacious holds, mindful breath awareness, and generous use of props to support each shape.
Accompanied by live music by Sydney Wright, this deep stretch and relaxation is the perfect environment in which to enjoy her incredible talent.
