An accessible, fluid practice that links breath to movement at a steady, satisfying pace. The room is warmed to 80-85 degrees — elevated and intentional without the intensity of a heated class. Approachable for newer students and deeply satisfying for experienced practitioners. A great entry point into the Present Practice community.
