This 90-minute immersive experience is designed to invigorate your body, lift your spirits, and soften your mind. Through intentional breathwork, intelligent alignment, and creative transitions, we’ll explore dynamic movement patterns that feel both empowering and freeing.

Breathe and Flow (2 hours)
We begin at the source — the breath.
This workshop opens with pranayama (supportive breathing techniques) to ground the nervous system, sharpen focus, and cultivate inner steadiness. From that foundation, we transition into a mindful, flow-based movement practice that links breath and body with intention and grace.
The experience concludes with a soothing sound bath to settle the mind and nourish the soul, deep relaxation and a guided integration
You’ll leave feeling clear, connected, and vibrantly alive.
Sunday, May 2nd 1pm-3pm
Breathe, Flow & Rest (2 hours)
The journey continues into deeper surrender.
This breath-based movement practice gradually softens into longer-held yin postures, allowing tissues to release and awareness to deepen. We move from effort to ease, from rhythm to stillness.
The workshop culminates in a guided Yoga Nidra practice, inviting profound rest and inner restoration.
Expect: Breath-centered flow, yin shapes to open hips, spine, and shoulders, deep nervous system reset, a meditative Yoga Nidra experience
You’ll close the weekend grounded, restored, and deeply connected to breath, body, and soul.
