5-6:15pm Yin with Live Music by Sydney @Present Practice
A deeply restorative practice designed to nourish the nervous system, open the body’s connective tissues, and invite profound stillness. Yin Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with postures held for longer periods of time and supported by gravity, breath, and props rather than muscular effort.
Expect long, spacious holds, mindful breath awareness, and generous use of props to support each shape.
