Welcome to Flow and Form 200-Hour Yoga Training, a first-time offering by Gioconda Parker and Sarah Montross. This training offers a broad and thorough grounding in the art and science of Yoga as your foundation for becoming a lineage-holder and teacher of this practice.
Gioconda and Sarah deeply respect the traditions and practices of yoga and have many years of study and practice. This perspective and understanding informs their intuition for when to innovate– and when to stay true to tradition.
This training gives students the skills and wisdom to teach vinyasa flow, alignment-based practice, yin yoga, and restorative yoga. This training is for students interested in teaching OR for yoga students who want to deepen their knowledge and understanding of yoga.

Training includes 9 in-person weekends in the fall of 2024:
- September 14-16
- September 21-22
- September 28-29
- October 12-13
- October 26-27
- November 2-3
- November 9-10
- November 16-17
- December 14-15
The weekend schedule is Sat/Sun 10 am-6:30 pm, lunch 12-1 pm.
The program also includes asynchronous ONLINE content delivery (30 hours) and a required Tuesday night Zoom class with Sarah or Gia the Tuesday before each in-person weekend.
This yoga training is held at BIG Power Yoga in Houston, Texas.
Tuition: $4000 / $3700 early bird by August 15th.
$500 deposit is required to hold your space
$3200 for BIG training graduates (TEP and the BIG Upgrade)
