All levels welcome. Vinyasa is a system of yoga in which the breath is coordinated with the movement, and the movements or postures are linked together in a continuous flow. The system is known for its strong yet fluid approach to yoga, in which strength, agility and flexibility are developed with continued practice. Beginner friendly!
Teachers are paid directly from your donation. Can’t swing our suggested $20 donation? No worries — come on in to donate what is appropriate for your budget. At Practice Yoga Austin, we believe that cost should never keep you from coming to your mat.
