Sequencing is a Creative Art.  Like any art form, when we want to create a vinyasa sequence, we must know our tools, our medium, and our audience.  Inspiration is the spark that ignites the work we put in to refine our intention, calibrate our movements and consider our transitions. After all, our creative art form aims to invoke wisdom and inspiration in our student’s bodies. 

As vinyasa flow teachers, we work to create an experience for our students that is a contribution to their yoga practice and their lives. Spend a weekend engaged in discussion, exploration, and application of tools to help you sequence intuitive and intelligent classes. Help your students land in their bodies, minds, and hearts.
