Yoga Nidra is one of the most powerful meditation tools gathered from yogis. It is the ancient art of “yogic sleep.”
This age-old healing meditation incorporates the best of hypnosis, visualization, intention setting, and somatic awareness in a single journey through the five brain wave states available to humans. Through eight steps, this technology teaches us to slow down our brain, let go of our thoughts, and move into deep rest.
We will experience several styles of Nidra with a de-brief after each one and some suggestions for including these in your life, teaching, or both.
