Summer Sunset with me, Sydney Wright and Jen Vu

Join me for a free evening of yoga in the park with music by Sydney Wright and a sound bath with Jen Vu — enjoy the powerful medicine of yoga, voice, sound, nature, and being in community. Vinyasa yoga class to live music, rest in yin poses to soak up the sound bath.

Summer Sunset Series is held in the heart of downtown at beautiful Republic Square Park.
Practice begins on Tuesday at 7:30pm.
This free event is open to the public and caters to all levels of yoga experience. The aim is to foster community and share the practice of Yoga in a fun and accessible environment.
