9:30am Vinyasa @Present Practice Yoga

A breath-led yoga practice that invites you into moving meditation and embodied presence. Vinyasa at Present Practice is a container for self-exploration—where conscious movement, intentional transitions, and mindful pacing create space to connect with your innermost Self.

Each class is shaped by the teacher’s lineage, training, and lived relationship with yoga. Some practices are more fluid and continuous, flowing breath-to-movement, while others emphasize alignment, stability, and functional transitions. All are grounded in yogic tradition and guided with care, clarity, and depth.

Every Vinyasa class shares a few core rituals: beginning with breath and intention, weaving mindfulness throughout the practice, and closing with a nourishing savasana. Uplifting music supports the energetic arc of class, while hands-on assists and thoughtful use of props are offered to support each student’s unique practice and journey.

This is a feel-good, full-body practice that balances effort and ease—designed to meet you where you are and invite you deeper into the experience of yoga.
