DESCRIPTION:Join me and Sarah Montross for a special fall event\, a day retreat at the beautiful Blackwood Farm in Hempstead\, Texas.\n\nIn the morning\, we will have an alignment practice with Sarah followed by a farm lunch and optional tour of the property. After lunch we’ll explore the world of yoga philosophy and how to apply it to our daily lives.
