This immersive weekend mentorship is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their sequencing skills by grounding creativity in embodied wisdom and healthy movement principles. Through guided practice, inquiry, and hands-on experimentation, you’ll learn how to craft classes that help students move wisely, intuitively, and fully in their bodies—where inspiration is supported by sound joint function rather than choreography alone.

We begin with foundational movement principles, exploring how joints are designed to move and how efficient patterns support longevity, ease, and freedom. From there, we bring these concepts into flow-based practice, allowing creativity to emerge from clarity and felt experience. The result is sequencing that is purposeful, responsive, and alive—for both teacher and student.
