Gioconda has had the good fortune to partner with some incredibly gifted teachers over the years in offering training at the 300 Hour Advanced Level. Most recently, she and Christina Sell co-created The Alchemy of Flow and Form program, which ran for over five years at the San Marcos School of Yoga and graduated over forty students from both the Austin area and around the country. The school is now moving to Buena Vista, Colorado and the Alchemy of Flow and Form In Person Programming concluded this May. If you are a student of the Alchemy Program and still in the process of completing your hours, the following sessions are open to you for enrollment:

For 2018, Gioconda is part of the stellar training staff in the 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Program at Practice Yoga Austin. The program runs Jan thru Sept on alternating weekends (check the schedule for exact dates.) Hours are Sat & Sun 8am-4pm.

The Vision of this program is to provide advanced level programming that takes teachers deeper into their practice and into their personal experience of yoga and mindfulness. By applying modern means to ancient teachings, this training is current and relevant to the modern yoga teaching experience. Our program helps teachers know more than the material, it helps teachers know themselves and from that deep level of authentic experience, to be of service in helping others find and sustain the practice of yoga. Gioconda has also been invited to teach in multiple 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Programs as well. She specializes in vinyasa and vinyasa sequencing, advancing asana practice, teaching from somatic awareness, spiritual psychology and philosophy.
