Mindful Flow + Meditation

This 60-minute class will offer 30 minutes of deep, warming, meditative vinyasa flow followed by 20 minutes of guided breath work and meditation and a long, juicy sivasana to close. Good for students of all levels and those interested in learning and/or deepening their pranayama (breath work) and meditation practices.
